John Kenneth Kline, Esq., Principle Trial Attorney:
Graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 1995. Associate Editor of Law Review and member of Moot Court. Graduated from Kalamazoo College in 1986, receiving a B.A. degree in Biology. Currently admitted in all Michigan Courts and the Sixth Circuit Federal Courts. Mr. Kline has been practicing civil litigation for 13 years and has participated in trials in many counties throughout Michigan in both state district and circuit courts. Mr. Kline has also successfully argued motions in the Michigan Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court in Detroit. Mr. Kline has written appellate court pleadings for the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Sixth District Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, and the Michigan Court of Appeals. Additionally, Mr. Kline has participated in AAA arbitrations, private arbitrations, mediations, and settlement facilitations throughout Michigan.
Elizabeth Anne Kitchen-Troop, Esq., Associate Trial Attorney:
Graduated from University of Toledo, College of Law in 2004. Team leader for the advanced legal clinic at the University of Toledo, representing indigent clients throughout the greater Toledo metropolitan area. Member of Outlaw and American Constitutional Society, and member of the Student Bar Association for the State of Michigan and Ohio. Graduated cum laude from The University of Michigan in 2000, receiving a B.A. degree in Psychology. Ms. Kitchen is currently the co-chair of Washtenaw County Family Law Section, secretary of New Lawyers of Washtenaw County, and a member of the Western Washtenaw Bar Association. Prior to joining Kline Legal Group, PLC, Ms. Kitchen worked at Leonard K. Kitchen & Associates, with her father and long-time attorney in the area, Leonard Kitchen. Ms. Kitchen has participated in both district court and circuit court trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement facilitations throughout Washtenaw County.
